A little preparation goes a long way.

Protect shared priorities, then make specific changes within time and budget.

Choose shared priorities

Ask each person for one priority, then agree on two shared essentials. Separate must-haves from optional ideas rather than fitting every list into the trip. Children’s ages and interests help planning.

Translate preferences into specific changes

Replace “more comfortable” with one fewer hotel change, an afternoon break or dropping an evening outing. Replace “deeper” with more time at one place. State what is replaced. Separate activities need separate staffing and transport checks.

Know what needs another check

Before booking, discuss priorities, order and hotels. Timed tickets, performances, rooms and transport may constrain changes. After confirmation, terms and costs must be checked. Private planning does not mean every change is free or always available.

Confirm one final comparison

Compare the original plan, revised plan, price difference and pending items. Keep one agreed version. Yuejian China starts with an established outline, checks supply and scope, then prepares the formal proposal; discussion is not a booking.
