Pace, accommodation and cost: the details.
Pace: five stops means several transfers
The six days include arrival and departure, five overnight stays and several hotel changes. Day two is full and day five includes an intercity transfer. A gentler version requires actual changes, not a new label.
Five nights: confirm location and room type
Night 1 Shanghai; night 2 local hotel, location pending; night 3 Wuzhen, inside/outside status pending; night 4 Hangzhou; night 5 Shanghai. Discuss two rooms for four adults, then bed preferences. Names, categories and replacement arrangements belong in the written proposal.
Meals and admission boundaries
The supplied base outline has no meals on day 1, breakfast and lunch on days 2–5 and breakfast on day 6. Dinners are separate. Wuzhen is East, not automatically West at night. Specify the West Lake boat arrangement. Garden admission and the exact temple stop require confirmation; clarify tea-visit content and sales activity.
Items to specify in the quote
Specify hotels, two arrival/departure transfers, road services, guiding, admissions, confirmed boats and meals. State passenger/luggage capacity, hours and private/shared use, plus guiding days and language. Separate flights, personal purchases, optional items and extra services; include validity, currency and terms.
Option A: keep the stops, simplify day two
If Nianhua Bay and Wuzhen are priorities, discuss choosing between the garden and temple on day two. This removes a Suzhou experience and does not guarantee low exertion overall. Recheck time, tickets, accommodation and the price difference.
Option B: focus on Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou
A discussion outline is Shanghai arrival, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Hangzhou then Shanghai, and departure. It removes Wuxi and Wuzhen while retaining transfers. Replan visits and hotels, preserving breaks. It needs a separate quote and is not guaranteed cheaper.
Next: a proposal you can compare
Share month, people, rooms and two priorities. We match the outline, list changes and check supply and cost. The proposal should contain daily plans, accommodation, inclusions, exclusions, pending items and terms. Enquiry is not confirmation.
