A little preparation goes a long way.
The same number of days does not mean the same service. Compare stays, vehicles, admissions and change terms together.
Start with the basis of the price
Check currency, total versus per-person price, group size, number of rooms, child pricing and single-room supplements. Specify flights and meals. A two-person quote cannot simply be divided into a four-person comparison.
Specify the major services
Specify hotels and room types or clear confirmation conditions; vehicle size, bags and usage; attraction areas and optional tickets. Clarify which days include a guide and who handles transfers.
Compare changes line by line
Removing an attraction does not always reduce the price proportionately because transport or hotel costs may stay the same. Ask to see additions, removals, availability changes and the final difference before choosing.
Before paying
Check proposal version, booking and payment entity, contract, deposit, balance date, cancellation/refund terms and quote validity. Unconfirmed availability is not a reservation. A website enquiry is not a booking; order execution begins after the formal confirmation process.
